Kitchen Sales Designer

The role

This is a full-time role for a Kitchen Sales Designer to join Corner’s growth team in Latin America.

You will own the full customer journey, from initial consultation to signed agreement, combining consultative sales with high-level kitchen design. Your core responsibility is to convert qualified leads into committed clients by guiding them through layout decisions, cabinetry systems, materials, pricing and timelines.

You will drive revenue, manage client communication, present proposals, handle objections, and lead the design phase through structured iterations. You’ll operate within a defined process and clear KPIs, collaborating closely with project managers and technical designers to ensure a seamless transition from concept to production.

This is a performance-driven role inside a fast-scaling company building premium kitchens for US and European markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer journey, from initial consultation and company presentation to signed project and finalized design.
• Lead consultative sales conversations, guiding qualified clients toward decisions.
• Develop kitchen and related space designs based on detailed briefs and spatial requirements.
• Prepare layouts, visual presentations and accurate cost estimates using internal systems.
• Present proposals, address objections, and manage clients through evaluation and decision stages.
• Maintain deep knowledge of our product systems, materials and capabilities, and apply them strategically in each project.
• Provide expert guidance on layouts, storage systems, cabinetry configurations and functional planning.
• Review technical drawings to ensure accuracy before production handoff.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and technical designers to ensure a seamless transition into manufacturing.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining structure, clarity and momentum throughout the process.

Requirements

• Strong alignment with Corner’s design language and the ability to translate it into functional, production-ready kitchen layouts.
• 2+ years of experience in kitchen or furniture design.
• Proven client-facing experience, with the ability to lead conversations, build trust and guide clients toward decisions.
• Fluent or advanced English, spoken and written.
• Comfortable working across US time zones, with flexible availability when required.
• Experience with kitchen design software. SketchUp proficiency is a plus.
• Solid understanding of cabinet construction, hardware systems and assembly logic.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Ownership mindset: comfortable being accountable for both design quality and conversion results.
